Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has pledged unwavering support to the flood-affected people of Gwadar, emphasizing that every effort will be made to provide relief to those impacted by the natural disaster.

During a briefing by Chairman of the National Disaster Management Authority, Lieutenant General Inam Haider Malik, regarding the losses and ongoing relief efforts in Gwadar and other flood-affected regions, the Prime Minister underscored the need for a robust system utilizing modern technology and satellite for early detection of natural calamities.

He stressed the importance of proactive measures to mitigate the impact of disasters and directed authorities to promptly submit a comprehensive report on disaster preparedness and response strategies
