This good news comes from Google developers release notes, which include Egypt in a list of countries slated to receive Google Wallet support soon.
Although Google has not officially confirmed the launch, these details strongly suggest that the service will be available shortly.
As the screenshot shows, this shows to be a wider rollout including several other countries such as Bermuda, Cambodia, Egypt, El Salvador, Venezuela and many others.
