Jazz, Pakistan’s leading digital operator, has once again reinforced its leadership position by securing the top spot in the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s (PTA) latest Quality of Service (QoS) survey. The results reflect Jazz’s unwavering commitment to delivering the best connectivity experience for millions of Pakistanis across the country.

According to the survey, Jazz ranked 1st in coverage, mobile broadband throughput (auto mode), upload and download speeds (auto mode and 3rd party apps), latency (auto mode and 3rd party apps), browsing, and voice quality. The operator’s consistent investment in network modernization and optimization has enabled it to outperform all other cellular operators in these key metrics.

The survey also highlighted Jazz’s industry-leading performance in both 4G coverage and mobile broadband experience, reaffirming its position as the operator of choice for customers who demand speed, reliability, and seamless connectivity. Jazz’s strong performance in voice services further demonstrates its ability to deliver high-quality calling experiences, even in challenging environments.

Aamir Ibrahim, CEO of Jazz, said: “These results validate our ongoing commitment to expanding and enhancing our network to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Our leadership in PTA’s QoS survey is not just about rankings; it’s about our relentless focus on delivering the best experience in coverage, speed, and quality. We will continue to invest in our network and digital services to ensure that every Pakistani has access to world-class connectivity.”

With this achievement, Jazz continues to set the benchmark for service quality in Pakistan’s telecom industry. The company’s investments in 4G expansion and digital innovation reflect its mission to bridge the connectivity gap and drive Pakistan’s digital transformation.

Jazz is Pakistan’s leading ServiceCo—an integrated digital services company serving over 100 million users through a portfolio spanning fintech (JazzCash), entertainment (Tamasha), digital self-care (SIMOSA), insurtech (FikrFree), enterprise cloud solutions (Garaj), and gaming (GameNow). This evolution reflects Jazz’s strategic shift from connectivity to capability, enabling platforms that improve the lives and livelihoods of Pakistanis through the power of technology.
