According to the PDMA, nearly 3.9 million people have been affected, 1.8 million displaced, and 49 lives lost. Relief camps and rescue operations by the Army and civil administration are under way across flood-hit areas.

The Ravi and Chenab rivers are also at high levels, with Multan, Bahawalpur, and Sahiwal among the worst affected. Crops, homes, and livestock have suffered massive damage.
