Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to Visit Pakistan on 23 June

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will visit Pakistan on June 23. The visit aims to strengthen Iran-Pakistan relations and thank Pakistan for its mediation efforts.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to Visit Pakistan on 23 June

President of Iran Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian will visit Pakistan on Tuesday, June 23. The main purpose of the visit is to thank Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif for his role as a mediator in the negotiations between Iran and the United States.

President Pezeshkian will be accompanied by a delegation of ministers and other senior officials. During the visit, Dr. Pezishkian will meet President Asif Ali Zardari.

Chairman Senate Yousaf Raza Gilani, Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar will also meet the visiting dignitaries.

It is the second time when Dr.Pezeshkian visit Pakistan as President of Iran. His first official state visit to Pakistan was in August 2025.

During the visit, both sides will review bilateral relations. The visit will further deepen Pakistan and Iran’s historical and cultural ties and pave new paths for peace, stability and development in the region.
