TikToker Asif Shah was arrested at Multan Airport shortly after arriving from Dubai. Officials from the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency confirmed the arrest, saying that Shah was wanted in several cases. His name had already been added to the Provisional Control List and the Provisional National Identification List before his flight landed.

According to the agency’s spokesperson, the National Commission for Child Rights worked with foreign organizations to help identify Shah. Authorities said this cooperation played an important role in tracking him down and ensuring his arrest upon arrival.
Officials have registered a case against him under different sections of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act. The agency is now carrying out a detailed investigation to find out how deeply he was involved in the alleged crimes.

The arrest marks another step in Pakistan’s growing efforts to take action against online offenders and regulate social media activity under cybercrime laws.
