In a surprising update, veteran actor and former model Iffat Omar has confirmed that she has turned down the Punjab government’s offer to serve as a cultural advisor to Information Minister Azma Bokhari.

Renowned for her decades-long career in Pakistan’s entertainment industry, Omar was reportedly approached to lead initiatives aimed at preserving and promoting Punjab’s cultural heritage.

News of her appointment surfaced earlier this week, quickly gaining traction in both political and showbiz circles. However, Iffat addressed the rumors, stating:

“I’ve humbly declined the offer,” putting an end to the swirling speculation.
