Pakistani singer Atif Aslam, known for his soulful voice and captivating performances, recently made headlines when he was spotted with former Indian tennis star Sania Mirza along with his wife, Sara Bharwana, in Dubai. Atif was in the UAE for a concert with Firdaus Orchestra, an all-women ensemble based out of the UAE.
Sania Mirza, who was in Dubai to attend the concert, shared a picture with Atif and Sara on her Instagram, captioning it “with my favorites”. Atif also posted the same picture on his Instagram account, further fueling speculation about their friendship.
During the interview with a Middle East entertainment publication of Khaleej Times, Atif revealed that he would be performing songs like “Rabba Sacheya”, and “Channa”. He added that they would be fusing the songs with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s renditions, hoping to bring the rock element and fuse it with Eastern instruments.
