Suryakumar Yadav led the chase with an unbeaten 47 off 37 balls, while Abhishek Sharma gave India a fiery start with 31 off just 13 deliveries. Kuldeep Yadav was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 3 for 18, dismantling Pakistan’s middle order.

Batting first, Pakistan struggled throughout their innings after losing early wickets. Sahibzada Farhan top scored with 40 runs, while Shaheen Shah Afridi’s late power-hitting, including two sixes in the final overs, lifted Pakistan to a modest total. Despite the late surge, Pakistan could only set a target of 140 runs.

India’s batting lineup dominated the chase from the beginning. Abhishek Sharma attacked Pakistan’s pacers, while Suryakumar Yadav anchored the innings to ensure a comfortable victory. Tilak Varma also chipped in with a steady 30. India sealed the match in style, maintaining their strong start to the tournament.

The high stakes clash drew massive attention, though surprisingly many tickets remained unsold before the game. The rivalry, however, kept the atmosphere electric inside the stadium, with fans witnessing another one-sided contest. India’s win adds pressure on Pakistan, who had earlier defeated Oman but faltered against their archrivals in Dubai.
