Blake Lively has undergone a hair transformation, turning into a redhead for her role in the highly anticipated film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel, “It Ends With Us.” The 35-year-old actress stars alongside Justin Baldoni, who not only plays her love interest, Ryle Kincaid but also serves as the movie’s director.

On the set in New York City on May 15th, 2023, Lively was spotted sporting her new look. In the released photos, she can be seen wearing a bright fuchsia jacket over a pastel pink tee and a long brown dress. The “Age of Adaline” star revealed a halter neck detail of her dress in one of the images as she filmed a scene with Baldoni, as reported by Entertainment Tonight.

Interestingly, Lively’s half-sister, Robyn Lively, was also present on set, although it is unclear whether she was there to support her sister or if she had a role in the film.

Released in 2016, “It Ends With Us” gained immense popularity on social media and became the top-selling print book of 2022. The novel remained on the New York Times bestseller list for more than 90 weeks. The story revolves around a young woman named Lily, who embarks on a new chapter of her life after college. She meets a doctor named Ryle, with whom she falls in love. However, their relationship is tested when Lily’s first love, Atlas, reenters her life, challenging her commitment to Ryle.

Both Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni serve as executive producers for the movie, adding their creative input to the project. Fans are eagerly anticipating the release of “It Ends With Us,” as they hope to see the beloved novel come to life on the big screen.
