The recent birth of a child to the parents of late singer Sidhu Moose Wala has sparked controversy surrounding the age limit for conceiving via In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) methods. Balkaur Singh, the father of the singer, has raised concerns about alleged harassment by the district administration for documentation related to the newborn.

Charan Kaur, aged 58, gave birth to the child through IVF nearly two years after the tragic death of her son. In an Instagram video, Balkaur Singh appealed to the government to allow the treatment process to proceed without hindrance, emphasizing his willingness to provide all necessary legal documents upon request.

The Union health ministry has intervened, seeking a report from the Punjab government regarding Charan Kaur’s IVF treatment, highlighting that the age limit for IVF procedures is set between 21-50 years under the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021.

Despite the joyous occasion of welcoming a new family member, the birth of Sidhu Moose Wala’s younger sibling has reignited public interest. The parents have refrained from disclosing the baby’s name, prompting eager anticipation and speculation among fans awaiting the revelation.

The unresolved case of Sidhu Moose Wala’s murder adds a somber undertone to the family’s recent happiness, with the perpetrators still at large despite efforts by law enforcement agencies.
