Earlier in the day, an official media conference brought together captains of the participating teams, who shared messages of support and unity ahead of the tournament.

However, Karachi Kings captain David Warner was notably absent from the event.

In Warner’s absence, vice-captain Hasan Ali represented the team. According to team management, the Australian batter chose to focus on a crucial training session instead.

The press event was attended by Mohammad Rizwan (Multan Sultans), Shaheen Shah Afridi (Lahore Qalandars), Babar Azam (Peshawar Zalmi), Shadab Khan (Islamabad United), and Saud Shakeel (Quetta Gladiators), all of whom expressed optimism ahead of what promises to be a memorable PSL season.
