Supported by useful contributions from the middle order, Bangladesh managed to reach a competitive total that set up an exciting chase.

Pakistan’s run chase began in the worst possible way. The team lost three early wickets for just 17 runs, putting them under immense pressure. However, Salman Ali Agha stepped up with a remarkable fightback. The talented batsman played a heroic innings, scoring a superb century from only 89 balls and giving Pakistan a strong chance of victory.

Pakistan captain Shaheen Shah Afridi also contributed during the late stages of the innings, helping the team recover from their early collapse. The pair kept Pakistan in the game and pushed the chase deep into the final overs.
