According to a NADRA spokesperson, the feature eliminates the need for most in-person visits, with citizens only required to visit a NADRA office once in their lifetime to obtain their first identity card. Almost all other services, including applications for CNICs, B-Forms, and Family Registration Certificates, can now be completed digitally.
The app also brings added convenience for overseas Pakistanis, who can now access essential services remotely.
Additionally, NADRA has expanded its facilities for inheritance matters by enabling legal heirs to submit Succession Certificate applications at any of the 186 Succession Facilitation Units nationwide, regardless of the propertyis location.
