New Twist in TikToker Sana Yousaf Case

The TikToker Sana Yousaf murder case has taken a major step forward as the prosecution completed scrutiny of the charge sheet and submitted it to the District and Sessions Court in Islamabad. Officials confirmed that the formal trial will begin once the summer recess ends.

The charge sheet names Umar Hayat as the main suspect in Sana’s killing. It also lists 31 witnesses, including Sana’s family members, medical experts, police officers, and others connected to the case.

According to the prosecution, the charge sheet was carefully reviewed for more than a month before it was submitted to the court.

Sana Yousaf was a popular TikToker with a growing fan base, loved for her short, lively videos. Her sudden death shocked social media users and created widespread anger, especially among the youth who followed her work. The case has highlighted concerns about the risks faced by digital creators and the dark side of online fame.

The court is expected to begin hearing witness statements once the trial opens. Authorities say the case is being treated with urgency to ensure justice for Sana and her family.
