Saudi Arabia has temporarily suspended the issuance of block work visa quotas for citizens of 14 countries, including Pakistan, in a move aimed at tightening immigration controls and managing the upcoming Hajj season. The restriction is set to remain in place until the end of June 2025.
A block visa is an official approval issued by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, allowing employers to recruit a set number of foreign workers.

New block visa applications from these countries will not be processed, while those already submitted may face delays or possible rejection.
