Trump and Zohran Mamdani Friendly Meeting

Washington, November 22, 2025: A meeting that many people never expected has finally happened. US President Donald Trump met New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani at the White House, shocking political observers across the country.

President Trump welcomed Mamdani to the Oval Office and congratulated him on becoming the new mayor of New York. He said that Mamdani would “do a great job for New York” and promised full support from the federal government.

According to Reuters, the meeting came after months of harsh comments and disagreements between the two leaders. But when they sat face to face on Friday, the atmosphere was surprisingly warm. Both leaders praised each other and agreed to work together on major issues, especially crime and inflation in New York City.

Mayor Zahran Mamdani also spoke positively about the meeting. He thanked President Trump for the warm welcome and said that the discussion was helpful and productive. Mamdani explained that he talked about New York’s rising inflation, crime concerns, and the need for stronger federal cooperation. He said he is ready to work with the president for the progress and development of New York.

The friendly tone between the two leaders surprised many, especially after months of tension. But for now, both Trump and Mamdani seem ready to start a new chapter one focused on cooperation and problem-solving rather than conflict.
