According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, Karachi will get light to moderate rain on September 30. On Monday, the temperature is projected to reach 38°C.

Between September 29 and 30, there is a chance of scattered showers in Jamshoro, Matiari, Mirpurkhas, and Sanghar, as well as rain and dust storms in Tharparkar, Umerkot, Badin, Sujawal, Thatta, Tando Mohammad Khan, and Hyderabad.

Due to moist winds from the Arabian Sea, Karachi saw moderate rain and drizzle earlier this month on September 16 in places including Saddar, Garden, and II Chundrigar Road. From September 8 to 10, the city also saw intense rains that inundated numerous neighborhoods and forced out locals.

Families were forced to relocate after water seeped into low-lying homes during heavy rains. A number of fatalities, including horrific drowning incidents in the Gadap River, were caused by the overflow of the Lyari and Malir rivers, which made matters worse.
