The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye, along with the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), has confirmed that all tourist operations in the country remain fully functional despite ongoing conflict in the broader Middle East.

Officials noted that major tourism destinations such as Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum, Izmir, and Cappadocia remain open and are operating as scheduled, with no closures, disruptions, or government-issued restrictions affecting tourism activities.  All major Turkish international airports confirmed that there have been no airport closures, flight restrictions or rerouting due to regional developments, and airlines serving Türkiye have reported no cancellations related to the conflict.

Representative of the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), said “Pakistan remains an important visitor market for Türkiye, with travellers showing a deep interest in the country’s historical cities, cultural heritage and natural landscapes. As tourism operations continue normally across Türkiye, we look forward to welcoming them in the upcoming travel season.”

Türkiye remains a safe, accessible, and culturally vibrant destination for Pakistani travellers. Tourism authorities ensure their commitment to providing accurate information to travel partners, addressing false claims and misinformation for both local and international audiences, while continuing to support communication efforts with data and official briefings as needed.
