Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is set to arrive in Islamabad today for a two-day official visit at the invitation of Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif.

According to details shared by the government, the visit aims to strengthen diplomatic and economic ties between the two brotherly countries.

Accompanied by a high-level delegation comprising ministers, senior officials, and business leaders, he will receive a warm welcome upon his arrival in the capital.

His trip follows a recent interaction with President, Asif Ali Zardari during a brief stopover in Istanbul, where thy discussed bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest.

as per the details, President Erdogan and PM Shehbaz will co-chair the seventh Pakistan-Türkiye HLSCC session to boost bilateral cooperation.

The meeting is expected to result in the signing of multiple agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), followed by a joint press conference.

President Erdogan will also participate in the Pakistan-Türkiye Business and Investment Forum, engaging with leading investors and business figures.
