Lahore Qalandars’ key all-rounder Sikandar Raza has confirmed his availability for the remainder of Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 10, putting to rest rumours about his absence from the upcoming matches.
The Zimbabwean international shared a picture in his team’s jersey on Instagram, with a caption in Urdu saying he was on his way back, indicating his intent to continue playing in the tournament. His post followed speculation that he would skip the remaining fixtures due to Zimbabwe’s Test series beginning on May 22.
Raza’s confirmation comes as a boost for Lahore Qalandars, who are pushing for a spot in the playoffs. The 38-year-old has had a strong campaign so far, scoring 228 runs in nine matches at an average of over 45 and a strike rate exceeding 160. He has also claimed eight wickets with an economy of just over 7.

PSL 10 is set to resume on May 17 after being briefly halted due to political tensions between India and Pakistan. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released a revised schedule, with the first match featuring Karachi Kings against Peshawar Zalmi at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
Rawalpindi will host three matches before the league moves to Lahore for the playoffs. Gaddafi Stadium will stage the Qualifier, Eliminators, and the final, which is set for May 25.
As it stands, Lahore Qalandars are fourth on the table with nine points from nine matches, including one no-result. With Raza back in the squad, the team will look to strengthen its position in the race to the final.
