Former England batter Alex Hales has rejoined Islamabad United for the final stages of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10, set to resume on May 17 in Rawalpindi.
The franchise confirmed the news on Wednesday through its official social media channels, welcoming the experienced opener back into the squad. Hales, who has been a regular part of Islamabad United in recent seasons, described the team as close to his heart and expressed his excitement about returning to Pakistan.
The 35-year-old acknowledged that changes in the PSL schedule required him to adjust some prior commitments but added that he was eager to contribute to the team’s campaign for another title.
