The fight took place at Dubai’s Agenda Arena, where both fighters showed intensity right from the start, even refusing to touch gloves. Rudra Pratap attempted an early takedown, but Rizwan quickly countered and gained control. He pushed his opponent against the cage, landed a solid knee to the body, and took him down before delivering a flurry of punches from the top position. The referee stopped the fight with nearly two minutes remaining in the first round.
This dominant win followed Rizwan’s previous split-decision victory against Egypt’s Adham Mohamed and showed his improvement and strength inside the cage. His performance also drew attention from global MMA figures.
UFC middleweight champion Khamzat Chimaev, who was present at cageside, personally congratulated Rizwan on his victory, praising his growing reputation in international MMA. After the fight, Rizwan displayed sportsmanship by hugging Rudra Pratap, ending the intense contest with mutual respect.
