The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new facility aimed at simplifying access to identity-related services for residents of Islamabad and nearby areas.
Effective from July 9, 2025, all NADRA services are now available under one roof at the Islamabad Police Facilitation Center, operating from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
The move is designed to ease the process of obtaining key identity documents and reduce the need for citizens to visit multiple offices.

Residents can now access a range of services at the center, including issuance of Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), Child Registration Certificates (B-Forms), Family Registration Certificates (FRCs), updates on marital status, and cancellation of ID documents in case of death.
This facility builds on NADRA’s earlier initiative of offering services through local union councils in areas like Saidpur, Sihala, Model Town, Koral, I-10/4, Murid (Chakwal), and Daulat Nagar (Gujrat), bringing documentation services closer to people’s homes.
