Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has launched a special Independence Day offer, providing a 10% discount on flights from Toronto to Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. The discount applies to both Economy and Executive Economy classes and is available for bookings made until July 31, 2025.

The offer allows passengers to travel at reduced rates until October 31, 2025, making it an attractive option for overseas Pakistanis planning to visit home around Independence Day. However, seats under this promotion are limited, and PIA has encouraged travellers to book early to take advantage of the deal.

The move is seen as part of the airline’s efforts to reconnect with the Pakistani diaspora and encourage them to celebrate Azadi (Independence) with their families back home. The initiative also aligns with PIA’s broader strategy to regain international presence, following recent positive developments in its flight operations.

The discount offer was announced shortly after British aviation authorities lifted the long-standing ban on Pakistani carriers, paving the way for PIA’s return to Manchester. With plans to resume flights to the UK and other destinations, the national flag carrier appears eager to revive its global footprint.
