General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), on Tuesday extended his heartfelt congratulations to Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff (COAS), on his promotion to the prestigious rank of Field Marshal.
In an official statement, General Mirza praised the extraordinary leadership, steadfast commitment, and distinguished military service of Field Marshal Munir, particularly in light of his role in the recently executed operations “Marka-e-Haq” and “Bunyanum Marsoos”.
