A High-Profile Visit: MBS Lands in Washington After Seven Years

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is arriving in Washington for a major visit, marking his first trip to the United States in seven years. The atmosphere in Washington is filled with anticipation, as President Donald Trump is preparing to welcome him with special warmth. The White House has already completed all arrangements for the high-level arrival.

According to official details, the Crown Prince will reach Washington at 11:00 a.m. local time, where he will be received with a formal welcome ceremony. A few minutes later, at 11:15 a.m., President Trump will greet him personally. The two leaders will then move to their bilateral meeting, scheduled for 11:45 a.m..

Their discussions will likely cover important topics such as security, trade, and long-term cooperation between both countries. After the meeting, the leaders will join a working lunch at 12:15 p.m., where deeper policy matters and regional issues are expected to be discussed.

US officials have also confirmed that discussions are ongoing about a possible deal to sell around 50 F-35 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia. If finalized, this would mark one of the most significant defense agreements between the two countries.

As the Crown Prince begins his official visit, all eyes are on Washington to see how this engagement shapes the future relationship between the United States and Saudi Arabia.
