Since 1998, Shivaji Satam has portrayed the role of ACP Pradyuman with unmatched charisma, turning the character into a cultural phenomenon. His signature lines like “Daya, darwaza tod do” and “Kuch toh gadbad hai Daya” are etched in Indian pop culture. For over two decades, he has been the unshakeable pillar of the CID team — analytical, brave, and deeply admired.

According to a report by India Today, the upcoming episode features the return of one of the series’ most dangerous villains , Barbossa, played by Tigmanshu Dhulia. The storyline culminates in a deadly explosion. While the rest of the CID team escapes, ACP Pradyuman sacrifices his life in the blast. The emotional episode has already been filmed and is expected to air soon on Sony TV and Netflix.
