Ajay Devgn confirms Dhamaal 4 production has started; first leg of shoot wraps in Malshej Ghat with returning and new cast

Fans of the Dhamaal franchise, rejoice! Ajay Devgn has confirmed that the first shooting schedule of Dhamaal 4 is complete, and production is officially underway.

The Bollywood superstar took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes photo with the cast and crew, announcing the end of the film’s first shooting phase, which was shot in the scenic landscapes of Malshej Ghat, Maharashtra. Known for its lush valleys and dramatic cliffs, the location provided a vibrant backdrop for the comedy-packed action scenes.

Joining Ajay Devgn in this highly anticipated fourth installment are familiar faces Sanjay Mishra, Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh, and Jaaved Jaaferi, along with new additions Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, and Upendra Limaye. The film also features Ravi Kishan and Vijay Patkar, adding more depth to the ensemble cast.

Returning to direct is Indra Kumar, the creative mind behind all previous Dhamaal films, with Bhushan Kumar onboard as producer, continuing the franchise’s long-standing production legacy.

The second shooting schedule is set to begin soon in Mumbai, promising more fun, chaos, and comedy.

The Dhamaal franchise began in 2007 and quickly became a cult comedy hit. With sequels Double Dhamaal (2011) and Total Dhamaal (2019), the series has remained a fan favorite for over a decade. With the original team returning and new faces joining the chaos, Dhamaal 4 is shaping up to be a perfect blend of nostalgia and fresh energy.
