Gigi Hadid has revealed that she once auditioned for Disney’s live-action remake of Tangled, a project that has since been put on hold. In an interview with Vogue, where she appeared on the cover alongside Kendall Jenner, the model shared that she had prepared by taking singing lessons for the role of Rapunzel. “I was really proud of my scene,” she said, admitting she knew Disney would likely choose a professional singer but still enjoyed the experience.

The Tangled remake was first reported in 2024, with Michael Gracey in talks to direct and Jennifer Kaytin Robinson working on the script. However, the project was shelved after the poor performance of the live-action Snow White, despite Disney scoring major success with Lilo & Stitch, which earned over $1 billion worldwide.
While her professional career continues to evolve, Hadid’s personal life also remains in the spotlight. Her relationship with actor Bradley Cooper is frequently discussed, with reports suggesting she would be open to marriage. Sources claim Cooper has sent mixed signals, sometimes speaking positively about the idea while also raising concerns over legal matters like prenuptial agreements.

According to insiders, Hadid is willing to be patient but does not plan to wait indefinitely. “She is not going to wait forever,” one source noted, hinting that Cooper may eventually need to make a clear decision about their future together.
