Karachi Board Announces Class 12 Results

The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has announced the results of the Intermediate Part-II (Class XII) General Science Group (Computer) annual examinations for 2025.

According to the results, the top position was shared by Muhammad Haroon, a student of Bahria College Karsaz, and Maira Khan of Government Degree Science and Commerce College Malir Cantt, both securing 988 marks out of 1100 and earning an A-1 grade.

The second position went to Muhammad Anas, also from Bahria College Karsaz, with 986 marks, while the third position was claimed by Ayesha Yaseen from the same institution, who scored 982 marks, both receiving A-1 grades.

This year, 16,842 students registered for the exams, with 16,549 appearing. Out of these, 9,199 candidates passed, bringing the overall pass percentage to 55.59 percent. Among the successful students, 514 received an A-1 grade, 1,590 secured an A, 2,832 got a B, 2,895 achieved a C, 1,327 passed with a D, while 36 students obtained an E grade. Additionally, five students were declared successful without a grade.

Chairman Lakho congratulated the students and announced that once the results of all intermediate groups are declared, a special ceremony will be held to honor the position holders in the presence of their parents, teachers, and media representatives.
