CDA Responds to Rain Emergency

Islamabad, May 11, 2025: Following instructions from the Honourable Chairman CDA, Chief Commissioner Islamabad, and the DG Civil Defence, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has mobilized all fire and rescue units across its substations to manage the ongoing rain emergency.

Rescue teams are actively patrolling different parts of Islamabad to maintain vigilance, respond to any emergencies, and provide immediate support to residents. Several successful rescue operations have been conducted, including saving victims from a tree-fall incident near Aabpara and addressing waterlogging issues in low-lying areas.
