Pakistan is moving forward with a plan to develop a National Super App and Web Portal, a digital platform aimed at transforming how the public interacts with government services.
As part of the Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP), this initiative will bring all major public services under one roof by integrating systems from both federal and provincial departments. Officials say the app will act as a single-window solution, replacing complex and fragmented processes with a smoother, more user-friendly experience.
To build the platform, the government will hire a consultancy firm that will use a modular and secure framework. The system will be built with interoperability in mind and linked with Pakistan’s digital ID infrastructure. Hosting will be managed through a government-operated cloud, and development will align with World Bank procurement policies and international best practices.

The Super App is expected to offer 24/7 access, multi-language support, and a single sign-on feature tied to national ID numbers. Users will have personalised dashboards, while processing delays and administrative overheads will be reduced.
Privacy and data protection are major elements of the project. The app will include biometric security features and comply with both Pakistan’s Personal Data Protection Bill and global standards like the GDPR.
While the platform will be free at launch, authorities say it will be built to support features such as ads, subscriptions, and premium tools, which can help fund its continued growth and integration with third-party services.
By digitising citizen-to-government and government-to-business interactions, officials hope to cut costs, boost transparency, and enhance convenience for users across the country.
