India will head into the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 without playing any warm-up matches, Indian media reported on Monday.
According to reports, the team will leave for Dubai on February 15 after concluding their home series against England.
India will play all their matches in Dubai, where the tournament is set to be co-hosted.
Earlier, there were speculations that India might play a warm-up game against Bangladesh or the UAE, but those plans have now been dropped.
The event will take place from February 19 to March 9. Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Dubai have been confirmed as host venues.
The Rohit Sharma-led India will begin its campaign on February 20 against Bangladesh at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Their highly anticipated clash with Pakistan is scheduled for February 23 at the same venue, followed by a group-stage fixture against New Zealand on March 2.
India had announced their 15-member squad last month, but uncertainty remains over the participation of Jasprit Bumrah as he continues his recovery from a back injury.
A final decision regarding his availability will be made by February 11, the deadline for squad submissions to the ICC.
