A shocking incident at Gujar Khan’s Civil Hospital has led to the arrest of a police officer accused of secretly filming women in a public bathroom.

According to reports, the suspect, identified as Aqeel Abbas, was allegedly caught red-handed taking inappropriate videos and photos of women inside the hospital premises.

Dressed in plain clothes, the man was acting suspiciously when a local citizen, Bilal Hussain, noticed him and decided to intervene.

Hussain confronted the man and checked his mobile phone, which reportedly contained several objectionable images of women.

Realising the severity of the situation, the citizen immediately detained the suspect and handed him over to the local police.

Further investigation revealed that the suspect is an officer attached to the training wing of the Lahore Police and a resident of Rajgan.

A case has been filed against him under Sections 354 and 292 of the Pakistan Penal Code, based on Bilal Hussain’s formal complaint.

Senior Police Officer Nabeel Khokhar confirmed the arrest and said a full investigation is underway. He assured the public that any officer involved in such unethical behaviour would face legal consequences without any leniency.
