The Minister for Overseas Pakistanis, Sajid Hussain Turi, has announced that the government is planning to send one million Pakistanis abroad for employment opportunities this year. This announcement was made in an exclusive interview with a private television channel on Sunday.

According to Turi, Saudi Arabia will soon be visiting Pakistan to issue work permit visas, and new agreements are being signed with 50 other countries, including Germany, Greece, and Romania. He also added that Pakistanis who pass the technical training test will be eligible to obtain Saudi visas.

In recent years, Japan has also started issuing visas for skilled Pakistani workers, while South Korea has expressed the need for 10,000 skilled workers from Pakistan and plans to recruit them soon.

The government’s initiative to send one million workers abroad for employment opportunities is a significant step towards addressing the issue of unemployment in Pakistan. The country has been facing a high unemployment rate for many years, and the government has been making efforts to address this problem.

Sending workers abroad for employment opportunities is not a new concept, and it has been a common practice in many countries for years. Many workers travel to other countries to work and earn a better living for themselves and their families. This trend has been increasing in Pakistan in recent years, and the government’s initiative will provide more opportunities for Pakistanis to work abroad.

The new agreements signed with Germany, Greece, and Romania will provide more opportunities for Pakistani workers to work in Europe. Germany and Romania have been popular destinations for workers from Pakistan, and the new agreements will make it easier for them to obtain work visas.

Japan and South Korea have also been popular destinations for Pakistani workers, and the recent initiatives by the Japanese government to issue visas for skilled Pakistani workers and the need for 10,000 skilled workers by South Korea will provide more opportunities for Pakistani workers to work in these countries.

The government’s initiative to send one million workers abroad for employment opportunities is a significant step towards addressing the issue of unemployment in Pakistan.
