Federal Information Minister, Marriyum Aurangzeb, stated on Monday that the recent destruction of state properties by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has led to the rejection of what she called Imran Khan’s “terrorist mastermind” by the people. She emphasized that Imran Khan will not be permitted to organize violent protests again and suggested that he should rest in Zaman Park. Aurangzeb highlighted that the public has chosen to reject the politics of hatred and division, refusing to be part of the PTI chief’s anti-state activities. Furthermore, she stated that individuals who defiled the sanctity of martyrs’ memorials have been apprehended and will not be available to join Imran Khan in causing further damage to important national properties.

In her remarks, Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb addressed the aftermath of recent events where PTI supporters engaged in acts of violence and property destruction during protests. The minister expressed the public’s disapproval of such actions, viewing them as a reflection of a “terrorist mindset” associated with Imran Khan. She underscored that the people have decisively rejected this approach, indicating a rejection of Imran Khan’s leadership.

Marriyum Aurangzeb further emphasized that Imran Khan would not be permitted to organize chaotic protests in the future. By reiterating this stance, she sought to reassure the public that steps would be taken to maintain peace and prevent further destruction of state properties. The minister’s statements suggest a determination to uphold the rule of law and protect national assets from acts of vandalism.

The Federal Information Minister’s comments reflect a wider sentiment within the government regarding the recent protests and their aftermath. The PTI’s actions have drawn significant criticism, not only from the government but also from the public, who have expressed their displeasure with the destruction caused during the demonstrations.

The government’s commitment to apprehending those responsible for the damage to martyrs’ memorials is indicative of its resolve to hold accountable those who violate national sanctities. This measure aims to discourage such acts in the future and protect the country’s symbols of pride and honor.

Marriyum Aurangzeb’s statements highlight the rejection of Imran Khan’s “terrorist mindset” by the people in response to the recent damage inflicted by PTI supporters. The minister’s assertion that Imran Khan will not be allowed to stage violent protests again reflects the government’s commitment to maintaining peace and safeguarding state properties. The government’s actions in arresting individuals involved in defiling martyrs’ memorials underscore its dedication to upholding national sanctities. These developments reveal the government’s resolve to address the aftermath of the protests and prevent further acts of destruction.
