In his speech, Dr. Siddiqui highlighted the importance of education in transforming society. He stressed that skills development was critical for economic growth, especially for Pakistan’s youth and women. He noted that in a rapidly changing world, particularly with the rise of artificial intelligence, acquiring relevant skills had become essential for national progress.

He added that the next 25 years would be decisive for Pakistan’s integration into global innovation, and that equipping the young population with future-ready abilities was no longer optional but a necessity.

Director General of FDE, Mr. Syed Junaid Akhlaq, welcomed participants and praised the collaborative efforts of partner organizations and institutions in making the event possible. He reiterated the value of hands-on, skill-based education in preparing students for real-world challenges.
