Traffic Police

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has introduced a new email-based complaint system aimed at helping citizens challenge incorrect e-challans without physically visiting traffic offices.

This initiative allows vehicle owners to dispute fines they believe were wrongly issued by simply sending an email to etclhr@psca.gop.pk.

To file a complaint, individuals must attach a photo of the e-challan, mention the vehicle’s registration number, and give a brief explanation of why the ticket is incorrect.

Officials say that once an email is received, the PSCA team will verify the details. If the complaint is proven valid, the e-challan will be cancelled accordingly.

The PSCA stated that this step is part of efforts to make the process more convenient for the public, saving people from the trouble of long lines and physical office visits.

For general queries or additional assistance, citizens can also reach out via info@psca.gop.pk or contact the authority directly at (+92)-42-9905-1605(08).
