The project is being carried out in partnership with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission and the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation. While the program is mainly designed for the children of overseas Pakistanis, adults are also welcome to apply.

The training covers modern and in-demand fields such as digital marketing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, web development, electrician training, welding, and other technical and vocational areas. The goal is to provide participants with practical skills that can help them build careers both in Pakistan and abroad.

To apply, candidates must have completed matriculation or higher education and be between 18 and 40 years old. The last date to register is 30 September 2025, and applications must be submitted online through the official portal nsis.navttc.gov.pk.
