The Government of Pakistan has announced an official visit to Türkiye for Matric toppers from all boards. The program is being organized by the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training in collaboration with the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports, and students will travel on official passports.

According to the advisory, students must submit a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital and written consent from parents or guardians. They are also required to arrange two white shalwar kameez suits with shoes, while the ministry will provide a green blazer. Only one shoulder bag is allowed, and laptops or cameras are not permitted.
The IBCC has instructed that each board will bear the expenses of pick and drop services for their students. Parents’ or guardians’ contact information must also be submitted in advance for coordination.

All boards must send the passports and necessary documents of the selected students to the IBCC Secretariat in Islamabad by September 19, 2025. Chairpersons of BISEs will supervise and ensure the smooth execution of the program.
