According to the advisory, students must submit a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital and written consent from parents or guardians. They are also required to arrange two white shalwar kameez suits with shoes, while the ministry will provide a green blazer. Only one shoulder bag is allowed, and laptops or cameras are not permitted.

The IBCC has instructed that each board will bear the expenses of pick and drop services for their students. Parents’ or guardians’ contact information must also be submitted in advance for coordination.
