Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir, alongside Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf, and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu, has extended heartfelt Eidul Azha greetings to the people of Pakistan.

In a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Pakistan Armed Forces expressed their sincere prayers for peace, prosperity, and national unity on this sacred occasion.

“We pay solemn tribute to the unwavering resilience of the Pakistani nation and express deep appreciation for the valour and sacrifices of the Armed Forces, Law Enforcement Agencies, and courageous citizens who continue to uphold the security and stability of our homeland,” the ISPR statement said.

The military leaders emphasized the importance of Eidul Azha as a time for reflection, sacrifice, and unity, urging the nation to foster harmony and uphold the values of solidarity and togetherness.

They reaffirmed the armed forces’ unwavering commitment to defending Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, standing side by side with the people in the shared goal of securing a peaceful and stable future.

“On this day of reverence, we also honour the noble families of Shuhada-e-Pakistan—whose loved ones made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of peace and the nation,” the message concluded.

The message from the military leadership serves as a powerful reminder of the collective sacrifices that define the spirit of Eidul Azha, as well as the unbreakable bond between the armed forces and the nation.
