Renowned Pakistani businessman and tech entrepreneur Muzammil Karim Paracha, who made national headlines earlier this year for purchasing Pakistan’s most expensive vehicle number plate, has passed away in Dubai after a prolonged battle with cancer. He was 31 years old.
Born on August 4, 1993, in Lahore, Paracha was celebrated for his entrepreneurial spirit, innovation in business, and passion for luxury cars.
Paracha rose to fame in 2025 when he participated in Sindh’s first-ever premium number plate auction, organized by the Sindh Excise Department in Karachi.

He stunned the country by securing the ‘A1’ plate for a staggering Rs100 million, setting a national record for the most expensive license plate ever sold in Pakistan.
The landmark auction generated Rs675.4 million from the sale of 40 exclusive number plates. Other top-selling plates included:
