American Rapper Cardi B Claims $60,000 Credit Card Fraud

Famous rapper Cardi B has revealed that she recently became a victim of major credit card fraud, with unauthorized purchases worth $60,000. The incident has shocked fans and highlights how even celebrities are not safe from financial crimes.

Speaking in an Instagram Live session, Cardi B shared that her American Express card went missing about two weeks ago. According to her, the stolen card was used to make expensive purchases, including $40,000 at Saks Fifth Avenue and another $20,000 at an Apple Store.

The Grammy-winning artist, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, said she quickly took action once the suspicious transactions were noticed. Her team immediately blocked the card and contacted the stores involved.

Cardi B also claimed that CCTV footage shows four men using her card at different locations. She warned the suspects directly, saying they could soon face jail time. According to her, the footage clearly captures their faces, making identification easier for authorities.

In addition to shopping, the suspects reportedly tried to withdraw cash from a Chase Bank using her card. This raised further concerns and strengthened the case against them.

So far, the suspects have not been officially identified, and the investigation is ongoing. This case adds to a growing number of similar incidents involving celebrities. Last year, Nicki Minaj also reported credit card misuse, claiming unauthorized charges of nearly $30,000.

This incident is a reminder that credit card fraud can happen to anyone, and quick action is key to preventing further losses.
