Government hospital employees in Sindh have announced boycott of outpatient departments (OPDs) from tomorrow, as part of a province-wide protest to push for their demands.
The protest call was finalized at a meeting of the Grand Health Alliance (GHA) at Civil Hospital Karachi, where representatives of doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and allied health professionals were present.
Union leaders declared that while emergency services will continue, OPDs and hospital offices will remain shut until their demands are addressed.

Chairman of the Sindh Employees Alliance, Haji Muhammad Ashraf Khaskheli, stressed that the boycott is aimed at securing the legitimate rights of workers.
He added that employees across Sindh remain united and are prepared to extend their struggle until the government responds with concrete measures.
