Pakistan’s First Lady, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, made a graceful appearance at Abu Dhabi Art 2025, held at Manarat Al Saadiyat. The event, organised by the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi, is one of the region’s most important art gatherings. It is supervised by His Highness Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
Upon her arrival, senior officials from the Department of Culture and Tourism warmly welcomed Aseefa. She then began her tour of the fair, exploring galleries and pavilions featuring artistic talent from across the world. Each space offered a different style, a new story, and a fresh perspective, making the visit both inspiring and engaging.
During her interactions, Aseefa met artists, curators, and exhibitors who were eager to share the ideas behind their work. She appreciated the creativity displayed throughout the fair and the thoughtful conversations it encouraged. Her visit highlighted not only her personal interest in the arts but also the role cultural exchange plays in building stronger relationships between nations.
Aseefa shared that art helps societies understand each other better and strengthens the cultural ties that connect them. Her words reflected the spirit of the event, which brings together global and local voices in modern and contemporary art.
Abu Dhabi Art serves as the grand conclusion of a year long visual arts programme. Beyond the exhibitions, the fair features special commissions, installations, and curated displays that celebrate artistic diversity from around the world.
