Aiman Minal Closet Controversy

Aiman and Minal Khan, popular Pakistani actresses, have been accused of not paying their employees’ salaries by one of their employees, Ali Ahmed. He took to social media to express his disappointment at not being paid for six months despite repeatedly asking for his dues. Ali claimed that many other employees of the Aiman Minal Closet, the clothing brand owned by the sisters, are facing similar issues.

After Ali’s post went viral, AnM Closet released an official statement on its Instagram page. The statement clarified that the sisters are not involved in the brand’s daily operations, and the company is owned by their brother, Maaz Khan. They said the brand does not believe in holding any employee’s salary, but they had gone through some financial difficulty resulting in delayed salaries. However, they took corrective measures and resolved the issue. They also warned that legal action would be taken against the ex-employees who are trying to damage the actresses’ reputations through a planned smear campaign.

Soon after the statement was released, Ali confirmed that his dues had been cleared. This incident has sparked a debate on social media about the mistreatment of employees by celebrities and the importance of ensuring that employees are paid their dues on time. It also highlights the need for accountability and transparency in businesses, especially in the entertainment industry, where power dynamics can make it difficult for employees to speak up about their grievances.
