The final medico-legal report on the death of model and actor Humaira Asghar has revealed troubling new details, including blood traces found on her T-shirt and trousers. However, the report noted that the samples contained insufficient human DNA, making it impossible to confirm the source.

The report also confirmed that only skeletal remains were recovered, with no soft tissue or major organs present, which left the cause of death undetermined. Police officials highlighted the lack of a national blood and DNA databank as a major hurdle in solving the case, saying such resources could have provided vital leads.
No traces of intoxicants or poisons were detected in the remains, further deepening the mystery. Humaira’s decomposed body was discovered in her DHA Phase VI apartment months after her death, during an eviction operation carried out due to non-payment of rent.
