Social media influencer and TikTok star Samiya Hijab has disclosed that the suspect behind her recent abduction attempt is her former fiancé.

In a video statement released on social media, Samiya identified the accused as Hassan Zahid, revealing that she had ended their engagement after learning about his “true nature.”
According to police, Zahid attempted to kidnap Samiya outside her residence in Islamabad on August 31. The incident was captured on CCTV, which quickly went viral online and prompted swift action by authorities. Zahid was arrested soon after.
An FIR was registered at Shalimar Police Station on Samiya’s complaint. She stated that the suspect had been stalking her for several days, harassing her, and attempting to pressure her with unwanted gifts.

Police confirmed that the investigation is ongoing, while security has been tightened around Samiya following the incident.
