In a video shared after the fight, Rahim explained that although his opponent had said things that crossed the line, he wanted to show restraint. “If I threw that last punch, then there’s no difference between me and him. And that’s not how true champions behave,” he said.
Rahim added that as a Scottish Pakistani, he believes in fighting with courage while also showing compassion. He highlighted that Pakistanis are often misrepresented but in reality are “humble, loving, peaceful people.” He thanked Misfits, KSI, his sponsors, and his trainers Cham and Adam, promising fans he will return to the ring “with another bang.”
